Mpower Fund

We are in the midst of our first major capital drive. (More about that
later.) The level of success we enjoy in our fundraising efforts will
help us determine what our next steps will be.

But even as we implement our first capital drive, we are also laying
the groundwork to begin providing financial grants to other legally
valid 501(c)(3) organizations:

>Assembling a team of volunteers to plan initial programs

>Researching possible grant recipients that fit our criteria

>Identifying professional consultants for legal and
accounting guidance

>Reaching out to other financial foundations to insure best
practices standards will be upheld
